Every major piece of 21st-century Tech is somehow related to Artificial Intelligence. From Automobiles, Search engines, Robots, Software, Space exploration, just look at Tesla, Google, iRobot, Adobe, Nasa. They all have a deep connection with AI. They all need it to get into the future, to evolve to their next form. They know this and they are exploring it viciously.


First up is the Electric Vehicle powerhouse Tesla. Currently, the Tesla automobiles have a level 2 autonomous drive capability, meaning that even though they are self-driving, the car has to have a driver who is ready to retake full control if need be. They actually have a standard that your hands must be on the steering wheel even when the car is on self-drive just in case something happens. The companies boss Elon Musk has however stated that the company is working on its own AI hardware that will enable it to attain level 5 autonomous drive capability by the end of this year. The level 5 autonomous driving will mean that no human intervention is needed, at all, you can actually sleep in, as you commute.


Google has a whole independent unit that deals with AI. It has the TensorFlow open-source machine learning library which is now being used by major companies such as Coca-Cola for automation, Twitter in data handling and others like Qualcomm which is reputed for its Snapdragon processors. Google itself is using the TensorFlow AI system for its Translation, although we can all agree that is still terrible at Swahili. Google also uses the JavaScript Library for its smart replies on Gmail, you've probably noticed that Gmail customizes quick replies depending on what the email is about.


iRobot known for its home cleaning robots is surely doing great with AI, the robots are fitted with iAdapt navigation control that is just amusing to watch, the robot creates a 3D map of your home, sends the data to a central database. The robot is then able to make decisions on where to clean first, which are usually the dirtiest parts of the house to be more thorough, etc.


Adobe is one of the major pioneers for Artificial Intelligence. Adobe believes in ' amplifying human creativity with artificial intelligence to transform digital experiences. If you have used any of the Creative Cloud products then you know how deeply rooted Adobe is to Artificial Intelligence. Adobe actually has the Sensei which has been their most exciting tool so far; it can basically do anything that the major Adobe products can do, from animation, design, editing and so much more. It is the premier tool for data scientists, creative creators, and enterprise developers.


Nasa, woohoo! It's AI's real deal. Nasa is planning on a mission to go to the moon, this time to stay. For this reason Nasa has developed multiple systems for the expedition, the systems that will grow food, for instance, will need to be linked with the power supply system and the oxygen supply system and the temperature regulation system and the main control system, they will need a whole self-sustaining eco-system and it will need to be intelligent to look natural. It might even get to a time when Nasa is totally reliant on AI.
